This policy explains how FuseAI handles personal information collected through fuseai.com.au. We are based in Australia and aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request a free site check, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, business name, website address and the service you are interested in.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site. The security check on our form (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes information about your browser and device to tell people from automated traffic.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to carry out the site check you asked for and email you the results, and to provide any services you engage us for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email. The services involved are Cloudflare (website hosting, security and email delivery) and Google (our email inbox). These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not otherwise disclose your information unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and keep business records, and then delete them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through the enquiry form on this website. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
